Lara Teague Curry Memorial 5k
In cooperation with Douglas Freeman High School, the Henrico Education Foundation, River Road Church, Baptist, Third Church, and Trinity UMC, Henrico Mental Health and Development Services and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention the Lara Teague Curry Memorial 5K will be hosted at Trinity UMC on Saturday, September 16th.
A Memorial Fund at the Henrico Education Foundation has been established by the Teague and Curry families with the sole purpose to support students in Henrico County. Proceeds from the 5K will benefit the Lara Teague Curry Memorial Fund.
👟 Early Bird Run/Walk Registration: $25/person
👟 Early Bird Family Registration (6 Attendees): $60.00
👟 Kids Fun Run: $5/kid
👟 Registration fees increase on August 16, 2023.

Financial Administrator
Trinity United Methodist Church is seeking a part-time Financial Administrator. The role
will require 15-20 hours over the course of 3-5 days per week. The ideal candidate is an
experienced bookkeeper with proficiency in ACS (accounting software) and QuickBooks.
Experience with non-profit and church accounting is preferred. This position requires
attention to detail and a high level of discretion about staff and congregation confidentiality.
Compensation is $20-30 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits are not included.

What is SWAG (Summer Worship and Games)?
SWAG is an awesome time of fun, fellowship and a time of worship for our middle and high school youth. At SWAG we break into four teams for the week and have fun competing in games as our old youth act as counselors and welcome our younger youth into this fun awesome event.
We have a ton of fun sometimes playing in water, having a mystery night and we’ve been known to have a night of messy games.

Youth Local Serve 2023
Trinity Middle and High School Youth are serving for a special week of local mission here in Richmond July 10-14!
What to expect: We’ll be serving at Trinity’s Kid Camp in the morning and then headed to various service sites in the afternoons also while enjoying some fun evening activities and a time of discipleship!

- Tuesday 8:30 AM- 9:00 PM
- Wednesday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Thursday 8:30 AM – overnight at the PACE Center
- Friday until 1:00PM (after Kidscamp clean up)

Women in Faith Spring Service Day
All Trinity women are invited to attend our Spring Service Day on Tuesday, April 11 from 9:30-12 noon (note the time change) in Trinity Hall. Come and enjoy fellowship together as we work on an assortment of projects.
- Assemble kits for UMCOR – menstrual hygiene and hygiene kits – see lists at umcmission.org/relief-supplies/
- Join Trinity Stitchers in making felt butterfly favors for Crossover Clinic and Doorways.
- Write notes of encouragement for students, staff and homebound members.
- Bring donations and assemble gift bags for

- Crossover Clinic
- The Hermitage – Bingo prizes presented on April 13 as we help that afternoon
- Bring books for the Oak Grove Elementary School library.
Lists for the donation items and books will be available in the Welcome Center and emailed to the Circles.
