Habitat for Humanity was created to demonstrate the love of God in action, so faith communities are important partners in Habitat’s work. These partnerships are essential in grounding the mission of Habitat in building homes, community and hope. We are grateful you have chosen to partner with Richmond Habitat as a way to fulfill your mission. The Unity Build gives our faith partners the opportunity to join together for an even greater impact by building a home for a deserving family, sharing God’s love in our community. Thank you for joining us in this effort!

On Sunday, March 10, Trinity will be hosting a Rise Against Hunger meal packaging event. We will stage two meal packaging sessions at 11 AM and 12:15 PM. For these sessions and to reach our goal of packaging 10,152 meals we will need 100 volunteers. We will also need volunteers to unload the truck and then reload the truck after the meal packing is done. Be sure to sign up for a session, so we are sure to have enough for each session and for working with the set-up and clean-up.
Trinity’s choir (and friends) will present a service of Lessons & Carols on Sunday, December 10 at 4:00PM in our beautiful Sanctuary. This year’s program will feature several guest musicians and vocalists as well as Trinity’s handbell choir. A reception with a live Jazz ensemble will follow, featuring special guest musicians from VCUarts.
The traditional “Lessons & Carols” service traces its roots to Victorian England, where it was inaugurated at King’s College Chapel, Cambridge. The service includes select scripture readings and carols that tell the Christmas story with grace and power. We hope that you and your loved ones will join us for this most meaningful service.
The Monday morning Bible Study will be studying Adam Hamilton’s new book entitled “Wrestling with Doubt, Finding Faith” beginning on Monday, January 22 at 9:30 AM.

If you are interested in joining us, reach out to Deanna McCullough and pre-purchase the book from Amazon.com or another retailer in advance of the study. We hope to see you there!
Join Pastor Daniel for a five week discussion about Genesis 1 and 2, the Garden of Eden, and just what it means to live in a ‘perfect world.’ We will reflect together on what made God’s original creation so special, and how we can try to live like people whose true home is in that version of reality, here in this world today. We will meet from 6-7pm on Thursdays in Room 323. All are welcome!
